Customer Agent in Rule-Based Chat Flows 🦾
- You can now activate the Customer Agent as a step within rule-based chat flows! This gives you more control over when to let the AI agent join the conversation with the customer. This new feature is designed to help those who don't yet fully trust real-time AI-generated responses and prefer to define more precisely when the bot should (or shouldn't) take over. Journey Analysis in Service Hub 🚶
- Service Hub Enterprise customers can now use the Journey Analytics Report Builder to analyze the contact journey from ticket creation to close . For example, they can see whether multiple requests come from a single page of their website, the performance of their bots and AI agents, or the progress of tickets toward resolution. This allows them to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and demonstrate the value of their support team to their business, including the impact on revenue and upgrades.
