New Projects API 🗃️
- HubSpot has launched the new Projects API, which complements the new project object. With it, customers and partners can programmatically create, read, update, and associate projects with other records. This allows them to automate project creation from events in other systems, sync data between tools, and generate custom reports. The API, which includes CRUD operations, associations, and custom properties, is currently in private beta but will be publicly available in the coming weeks. Access all the details .
Google Docs and Slides Insights Directly in the CRM 📚
- You can now connect Google Docs and Slides files with HubSpot records. In addition to associating important documents such as proposals, meeting notes, or presentations, the integration uses Breeze to extract summaries and relevant information from these files. This solves the disconnect between the CRM and Google Workspace, allowing sales and customer success teams to have all the customer context in one place. The feature is in private beta and requires installing the new Google Drive app. Learn more.
Historical Zendesk Conversation Migration ↔️
- With Smart Transfer, migrating from Zendesk to Service Hub is simpler. You can now migrate the complete conversation history of tickets, not just the basic data. Migrated threads will appear natively in the Help Desk and retain all the necessary associations. This solves a major integration problem, as it gives agents full visibility into the customer's history and ensures a seamless experience. Get more information about the update .
Line Item Property Management 🏷️
- You can now manage line item properties directly in the Data Management area, just like with contacts and deals. This includes creating custom properties, as well as defining calculated and conditional properties. Previously, line items were rigid. Now, you can add logical fields such as margin or fees, unifying data management in the CRM and simplifying quotes and reports. learn more about property management.
The Customer Agent Can Now Access CRM Data ⌨️
- An update was released that allows the Customer Agent to view and edit contact properties directly in the CRM. By connecting agents with their customers' context, much smarter and more personalized conversations can be held, which speeds up interactions. You can configure which properties agents can view or edit, such as updating a billing address, with different levels of data protection to ensure security. Get ready for faster, more personalized support. See how it works on the updates page
Set a Frequency for Sales Forecasts 📊
- A new feature was just launched to set up schedules and reminders for forecast submissions. Admins can now configure the date, time, and frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.) for sales reps to submit their forecasts. The system sends automatic reminders through the app, email, Slack, or Teams, ensuring greater participation. This improves forecast quality and visibility into the state of the pipeline, eliminating the need for manual oversight. Learn how to set it up in detail.
New Metric: Time to First Human Assignment #️⃣
- A new metric called "Time to first human assignment" was added to HelpDesk Insights. It calculates the exact time between a ticket's creation and its first assignment to a human agent, excluding automations. In an environment where AI filters many interactions, measuring handoff efficiency is essential. This metric helps identify response bottlenecks and ensures that customers who need personalized attention are served quickly. Visit the updates page for more information.
Redesigned Workflow Creation Experience 🛣️
- The workflow creation experience is being completely redesigned. You can now explore and search all available triggers before having to choose an object type. Previously, you had to select the object type first to see the actions, which was confusing. With this change, the process is faster, requires fewer clicks, and is more intuitive, making it easier to find the best trigger for each task. See all the details on the community page.
88 New Apps in the App Marketplace 🔌
- Import data from Snowflake , Google Sheets, and Microsoft 365 Excel into Data Studio.
- Aircall now enables a native CTI calling experience directly within the HubSpot platform.
- The new Clay integration lets you select and interact with specific HubSpot objects (such as Companies or Deals) and map fields.
- Microsoft Teams and Google Meet now automatically sync meeting recordings and transcripts, along with participant data, with HubSpot.
- Zoom now lets you turn on automatic recording for all meetings directly from the integration settings in HubSpot.
Expand Your Customer Agent's Reach With New Channels 🗣️
- It's now possible to schedule appointments with customers through a variety of new channels, such as SMS, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Slack. The integration can be done through the Custom Channels API or through apps from the HubSpot marketplace. This allows businesses to offer omnichannel support, connecting with customers on their preferred platforms. The result is a more unified and convenient support experience for the customer. This update saves time, reduces errors, and ensures your CRM remains a reliable source of data. Learn the ins and outs.
Leads Are Now a Standard CRM Object 🙋
- To offer a more consistent experience across the platform, the Leads object has been updated to align with other standard objects, such as Contacts and Companies. Previously, Leads were found in different locations with different tools. Now, they're part of the core CRM structure, with standardized tables, saved views, and dashboards.
