Reports to: CEO

Salary Range: $480,000 to $600,000 MXN annually, depending on experience.

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts, expand our client base, and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee the sales team, identify new market opportunities, and build strategic partnerships to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Responsibilities

As the Sales Director, you will:

  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and untapped markets to drive growth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Develop Custom Marketing Strategies: Work closely with clients to design and execute tailored marketing plans that align with their business goals.
