Job Summary
The Social Media Video & Graphic Editor will lead and execute the vision for high-energy, emotion-driven video content that supports Digitalegy's business objectives. This role requires an understanding of digital platforms and maintaining visual consistency and brand alignment across all content. The ideal candidate will foster a productive and inclusive workplace environment while supporting business growth through effective Marketing practices.
Responsibilities
As a Social Media Video & Graphic Editor, you will:
- Edit videos for social and digital platforms, using techniques like beat-matching and sound layering to create emotion and momentum.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from raw footage to final product.
- Produce fast-turnaround edits (same-day or next-day).
- Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all content.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate fresh ideas
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience editing for social and digital platforms, with advertising experience being a plus.
- Solid grasp of digital camera formats, frame rates, codecs, and file-based workflows.
- Strong online editing skills, including color correction, music supervision, and sound mixing.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a Technology and Content Development Audit.

As a UX - UI Designer, you will:
- Develop visual assets (campaigns, social media, digital point-of-purchase materials) that strengthen brand equity and resonate emotionally with the consumer.

The Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for building, scaling, and analyzing market and consumer data to develop actionable strategies that drive brand growth, optimize campaign ROI, and strengthen presence across digital and physical channels (especially relevant for mass-consumption or eCommerce models).
Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will:
- Set up campaigns, SEO/SEM, and retention strategies, and perform technical troubleshooting on campaigns.
- Manage the set-up and QA of campaigns.
- Responsible for creating and executing against the strategy to achieve P&L metrics.
- Conduct constant benchmarking and detect emerging trends.
- Monitor and optimize conversion funnels, CAC (Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Life Time Value).
- Manage and allocate marketing resources, ensuring maximum efficiency in spending.
