Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Director
Salary Range: $200,000 to $240,000 MXN annually, depending on experience.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Marketing Specialist to help our clients develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that drive measurable results. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in optimizing their marketing efforts to achieve growth objectives. If you’re a strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing and a passion for helping businesses succeed, we’d love to collaborate with you!
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Develop Custom Marketing Strategies: Work closely with clients to design and execute tailored marketing plans that align with their business goals.
- Optimize Digital Campaigns: Provide guidance on SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other inbound marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
- HubSpot Expertise: Train and advise clients on effectively using HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to drive lead generation and nurture customer relationships.
- Analyze and Report: Evaluate campaign performance metrics, deliver insights, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong background in inbound strategies, SEO, content creation, and social media.
- HubSpot Certification and hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Qualify and Nurture Leads: Identify prospective clients, qualify inbound leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Outreach and Engagement: Use a mix of outreach methods, including calls, emails, and social media, to connect with potential clients and build rapport.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Partner closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and follow-up processes.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales development to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and convey value effectively.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- A motivated mindset with strong sales skills, including expertise in inbound sales methodology.
- Mastery of the GPCT BACI framework and a keen ability to identify a lead’s core pain points and qualify them accurately.
- Fluency in English and Spanish to engage with diverse client bases.
