hubspot updates

We are reaching the middle of the year and, as always, there is a lot of news.

Staying on top of everything, all the time - everything, everywhere, all at once 🕺🏻- is hard. It takes up our time and energy too. That is why we truly value rest, not only for the body but also for the mind. In the second week of July, we will once again have what we call The Week of Rest. For one week, our entire team around the world goes on vacation to rest and come back at 100% for the second half of the year.

But don't worry! We will have someone from support handling priority cases. If you have any questions, anything pending, or any case to review, be sure to contact your Digitalegia Consultant so it can be reviewed in time. We are back to normal on July 17.

Now, here are this month's HubSpot updates. 👇🏻

New WhatsApp Button in CTAs

  • A few weeks ago, HubSpot launched a new page module that let you add a button to start a WhatsApp conversation. Now the feature has been expanded to the new CTA tool, which will let you start a WhatsApp conversation with a click on a banner on your website. / Screenshot

Conditional Logic in Object Creation

  • When creating objects in HubSpot, you may need different data depending on the record being created. For these use cases, the feature that lets you create conditional logic in the object creation form is now in public beta. / Knowledge base

Deal Pipeline Customization

  • More customization for sales pipelines! With this new feature, you will have more options to customize the information that appears in your deal pipeline. To use it, click Settings > Objects > Deals > Pipeline > Customize board and card view. This feature is already live but rolling out gradually, so it may not be available yet in some portals. / Screenshot

Views and Subfolders for Automations

  • Did you go overboard with the number of workflows you created, and now they are hard to find? Don't worry, because the new workflow views feature has arrived to make life easier for automation professionals. With this feature, currently in beta, you will be able to create workflow views and subfolders in HubSpot. / Screenshot

Updates to HubSpot Visualforce

  • There are important changes to HubSpot's Visualforce feature in Salesforce. The tool, which lets you view HubSpot data in the integrated Salesforce account, now lets you see the full object timeline (not just the last five activities), associations, and property history. / App marketplace

Coaching Playlists • Beta

  • As sales teams grow, training new members becomes an increasingly time-consuming task. How do you build an effective coaching process to make sure your team gets results? The new beta feature HubSpot is launching makes it all easier: you can now create a playlist of calls recorded in HubSpot so your team can listen and learn. To request access, click your profile picture > Product Updates > Betas, or reach out to your Digitalegia consultant.

Object Sync with Development Sandboxes • Beta

  • With this new feature, developers can now run a one-time sync of up to 100 CRM contact records, along with their associated deals, tickets, and companies, to a development environment.

LinkedIn Ad Tracking • Beta

  • HubSpot can now track LinkedIn carousel ads. This means that if a contact clicks your ad, the interaction will appear on the contact record, letting you create targeted follow-up emails to close an opportunity with your lead. The tool also lets you see full ROI reports if that contact goes on to close a deal. / Hubspot community

Creating Tasks and Tickets in Microsoft Teams • Beta

  • Microsoft Teams users can now use the integration to create tasks and tickets in HubSpot directly from their Teams screen. All you have to do is install the integration and request access to the beta from your portal, or request it directly from your Digitalegia Consultant. / Knowledge base

Advanced Formula Builder • Beta

  • The advanced formula builder for calculated properties is an amazing tool that lets you take your data and turn it into vital information for your company without any hassle. Now you can create custom formulas and calculations for numbers that fit your specific needs perfectly. / Knowledge base

HubSpot Content Assistant • Beta

  • How about making life easier and generating content with artificial intelligence directly from HubSpot? Very soon, the content assistant, integrated with ChatGPT, will be available in beta. It will also let you manage permissions and access to the feature. / Knowledge base

Playbooks for All Interactions

  • Guide creators (HubSpot playbooks) now have a feature that brings more flexibility to the tool: instead of using guides only on calls, editors will be able to set up a guide so it is also available for other types of interactions, such as meetings, emails, or notes. / Screenshot

New User Creation Flow

  • Creating lots of users in HubSpot portals? HubSpot is completely revamping the user creation flow to match the recently updated edit permissions panel. Admins who create and edit users will now have the same experience they have when editing permissions for existing users. / Knowledge base

State of Sales 2023

  • HubSpot's latest report on the state of sales in 2023 is now available. 1,000 sales leaders from Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Spain were surveyed to uncover their teams' challenges and how they use tools in their day-to-day work. Don't forget to use the insights in your next marketing campaigns. / Report

Prospecting Playbook

  • Do you already have defined processes for prospecting new customers? If you don't yet, be sure to read the recommendations Samantha McKenna shares in her LinkedIn post, where she walks us step by step through what you should do when you receive new accounts in your CRM. / Linkedin

AI Statistics You Should Know

  • Did you know that the artificial intelligence market currently has a market value of nearly 100 billion US dollars? And it is expected to grow twentyfold by 2030, to nearly 2 trillion US dollars. You can find this statistic and many more in the HubSpot blog article. / HubSpot blog
