This month there were important changes to HubSpot's pricing structure, but that's not all: the CRM navigation menu also changed, and although it's in the beta stage, we have to adapt to the change. There are also new features in the CRM's playbooks and tickets tools, and many other things, but first we'd like to invite you to the upcoming webinar Transform Your Sales Pipeline with Aircall and HubSpot, where we'll tell you how you can make the most of these two tools so your sales benefit.
Now, let's see what happened this month in HubSpot.
Change to HubSpot's Pricing Model
- This month, HubSpot announced a change to its pricing structure. If you are a new customer, starting March 5, you will buy its products under a model based on licenses for each hub, rather than just buying hubs, as had been the case in recent years. Below, we have an important resource to help you prepare:
Pipeline Rules Now Live
- The new deal pipeline rules feature is now available to all portals on Sales Hub Pro or Enterprise. By setting it up, you can restrict users from skipping stages or going back to previous stages, and even limit deal creation to a single stage. / Knowledge base
New Conversation Channel Property
- If you have a very high volume of conversations in the inbox, don't miss this update: you can now create custom views by channel, with details. For example: if you use 5 different WhatsApp numbers, you will be able to create a view that shows incoming messages on just one of the numbers. The same goes for forms, chats, and the other channels. / HubSpot
Conditional Rules in Standard Properties
- Until now, the conditional properties feature was limited to custom properties. Now, you will be able to use this feature for certain standard CRM properties. / Knowledge base
Incoming Calls as a Conversation Channel • Beta
- The Help Desk tool now includes calls as a channel. You can connect a HubSpot phone number to your Help Desk and route incoming calls to a group of reps, ringing up to 10 available users simultaneously, who will be able to create a new ticket in the connected channel. / Knowledge base
New Page Navigation Menu
- Are you a HubSpot heavy user? If the feature you use most is the page and landing page editor, don't miss this update: HubSpot now has a new navigation shortcut that lets you access different features faster. To access this feature, all you have to do is be on the editing screen of a page and press "control/command" + K. The update will gradually become available across portals. / Screenshot
Playbook Analytics
- HubSpot's guides (or playbooks) feature just got a new update that will help operations professionals: specific usage and adoption reports. When you open the playbooks feature, you will be able to access usage information, views, rankings, and other data in the analytics tab. The HubSpot knowledge base explains how to use it.
New Trend Line in Reports • Beta
- Understanding trends, patterns, and changes in your organization is crucial to the company's success. Now, HubSpot reports help you even more to identify changes with the new trend line in CRM reports.
Skill-Based Ticket Rotation • Beta
- HubSpot analyzed the context of support teams: there are teams and reps who may specialize in certain areas of your product or service. This new context is reflected in the new Service Hub tickets feature. You can now assign tickets by skill to specific users or teams.
