All these new features will open up new possibilities for your marketing and sales processes. Don't miss these updates and get the most out of HubSpot!
Updates to Inbound Calling
- The inbound calling feature is now available for users in Mexico. With this update, anyone who receives calls directly in the CRM can request a Mexican phone number, allowing calls to be routed to HubSpot. This update, still in its testing phase, can be requested from the HubSpot portal.
- With the new interactive voice response feature, you can create an interactive menu to better organize inbound calls and route them to the right team. Visit the following link to learn about this feature.
LinkedIn and HubSpot, More Connected Than Ever
- LinkedIn and HubSpot strengthened their connection with the new LinkedIn CRM Sync feature. By integrating HubSpot with LinkedIn, users can create contacts from Sales Navigator, update contact roles, and log interactions as activities in the CRM. Learn more about this feature by clicking here.
User-Based Workflows
- You can now create workflows based on HubSpot users. This expands the CRM's automation capabilities, letting you create new alerts, processes, and notifications from a user's settings in your portal.
New Sync Property
- Sync Properties are a new type of HubSpot property that lets you copy a property's value across different objects in the CRM. This feature eliminates the need for manual entries or workflows to sync two properties between objects, ensuring more consistent data in the CRM.
Conditional Rules in the Object Preview
- Aware of how important it is to see the right data at the right time, HubSpot has launched a new feature that lets you create conditional logic in the record preview sidebar, giving HubSpot users greater customization. Click here to learn more.
WhatsApp in the Help Desk
- WhatsApp is now available in HubSpot's Help Desk. You can connect your numbers as a new channel and take advantage of all the support features of the Help Desk tool. Learn more about how to use this additional channel by clicking here.

Trend Line
- The new trend line that can be added to HubSpot reports makes reports easier to read and analyze and helps you identify patterns, trends, and changes in figures that are crucial to the health of the business. Find out more about this feature by clicking here.
New Library for CRM Cards
- HubSpot has launched a CRM Cards library tool to prevent potential problems caused by how information is organized. The CRM cards feature has opened up many opportunities in terms of usage, data management, and information consolidation in HubSpot. However, as more cards are created, scalability can suffer if the information is not well organized, so this tool aims to solve that problem.
Customizable Filters in the Help Desk
- Are you familiar with the quick filters in the Help Desk tool? You can now use 5 additional properties to create ticket filter groups, making it easier to organize and manage new cases day to day.
Automation in Sequences
- HubSpot improved its sequences tool with a new feature: automations. You can now set automatic criteria to enroll contacts in sequences, eliminating the need to enroll them manually. This feature is in beta for Sales and Service Pro+ customers.
Record Access Information
- Have you ever wondered which users have access to a specific record in the CRM? This new feature makes management easier by letting you see who has access, the type of access, and the ownership history
AI Assistant in Workflows
- HubSpot's AI assistant can now help you if you have questions about setting up your automations. This update lets you generate workflow actions through prompts to the CRM's artificial intelligence. Learn how to use it by clicking here.
