I'm sure you've missed these HubSpot updates. Holy Week is behind us and another challenging month begins for everyone; we are halfway through the second quarter of the year, so let's give it our all to reach our goals.
This is what happened in April:
Personalization Tokens in Sequence Tasks
- Working with sequences? The task creation action in sequences now lets you use personalization tokens in tasks to include information from the object enrolled in the automation. With this change, HubSpot reminders become more personalized and clearer for the teams that use the feature. / Demo.
What's New in the Data Quality Command Center
- The data quality control feature, available to Operations Professional and Enterprise customers, had two important updates this week. The tool now also analyzes deal and ticket property data, in addition to contacts. The feature lets you evaluate and act on the data quality of these objects. The option to analyze trends in workflows that are at risk or unused is also being added, enabling more proactive monitoring of automations. / Knowledge base.
Using Business Days in Workflow Tasks
- You have a workflow that creates tasks for your team. Has it ever happened to you that every time you create a task, you need a due date set four business days from the moment the automation runs, but you can't do it because this option doesn't exist in the workflow task creation action? No more! This will no longer be impossible, since you will be able to create tasks with due dates counted in business days. / Demo.
Views in Lists
- If you are creating lots of lists in your CRM and need help managing them, don't miss this new beta. With this feature, you will be able to create specific views in the lists tool, using new properties. To request access, click your profile picture > Product Updates > Betas and search for the one called "Saved Views & New Filterable Properties in Lists", or you can reach out to our support center or request it from your Digitalegia account executive.
Transition to Google Analytics 4
- If you are integrating your Google Analytics account with HubSpot, watch out for this important update: Google is replacing Universal Analytics with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). If you haven't made the transition yet, I recommend doing it before July 1 so you don't risk losing the data synced with HubSpot. / Google support.
Split Lists Now Available
- The feature that lets you generate samples from a list is now available in all portals with Marketing Hub Enterprise. To use the tool, go to your list in Contacts > Lists and click the "split list" option in the "actions" menu at the top of the screen. The update is the result of feedback from users in our Community. / Hubspot Community.
Repeating Imports
- If you are managing recurring imports with very similar data structures, don't miss this news: the object import tool now lets you repeat previous imports. The change lets users complete the process in fewer steps when running several similar imports. / Knowledge base.
Multiple Knowledge Bases
- All Service Hub Enterprise customers now have access in their portals to the feature that lets you create multiple knowledge bases in HubSpot. To use the feature, go to Settings > Website > Knowledge Base > Click the knowledge base menu at the top and choose the "Create a new base" option. / Hubspot academy.
Maximum Capacity for Simultaneous Chats
- Does your customer support team have a heavy workload? Service Hub Enterprise now lets you limit the number of live chats assigned to an agent simultaneously. With the update, you will be able to focus even more on response time and the quality of interactions. The feature is in beta, and you can request it through your profile picture > Product Updates > Betas, or you can reach out to our support center or request it from your Digitalegia account executive.
Scheduling Meetings for Other Users
-
If you are a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise user with an assigned seat, you now have the option to schedule meetings on behalf of other users in the account who also have an assigned seat and a connected, synced calendar. The update makes life much easier for pre-sales teams that need to schedule meetings for other people. / Knowledge base.
Conditional Logic in Object Creation Forms
- Did you need to include conditional logic when creating objects in HubSpot, but it wasn't possible? Now you can. In this beta, when a user creates an object and selects a specific option in one of the properties, you will be able to define the new properties that should appear based on the fields previously selected. / Knowledge base.
Improvements to HubSpot Embed for the Salesforce Integration
- The "HubSpot Embed" feature lets Salesforce users see relevant information about objects associated with records in HubSpot. The tool just received updates that improve the experience: you can now see all of a HubSpot contact's activities in Salesforce and information about associations in HubSpot, as well as access property history. / Demo.
