It has been a month of long weekends, but heads up, there is no other long weekend in Mexico until September, so I hope you made the most of them. Even so, that doesn't mean we don't have updates to share with you. Here is what happened in May:
WhatsApp Module for Your HubSpot Pages
- If your website is on HubSpot, keep an eye on this news: there is a new default module for pages created on the platform. You can now include a link so visitors to your site can start a WhatsApp conversation. / Knowledge base
Call Association with Artificial Intelligence
- With this new beta, the CRM's artificial intelligence tools will be able to automatically associate calls with relevant deals, a process that is currently manual. To request access, go to the "product updates" menu by clicking your profile picture, or ask for help from your Digitalegia consultant.
Pop-up CTAs for Marketing Hub and CMS Hub
- Looking to improve conversion on your site? Take the opportunity to discover the new "pop-up CTAs" feature, which will let you add banners, CTAs, and pop-ups to your pages built in HubSpot. The feature, which was being tested in Starter accounts, just entered beta for all tiers of CMS Hub and Marketing Hub. / Knowledge base
Marketing Campaign Budget Tracking
- The Community asks and our product team listens! Now, in the marketing campaigns tool, you will be able to track a detailed breakdown of the expenses and budget you use for your marketing efforts. / Knowledge base
New Data Export API

New Prospecting Workspace
- Users with paid sales seats will have access to a new HubSpot tool: a prospecting workspace. The feature brings together on a single screen all the information a sales rep needs to run their prospecting processes, such as tasks, the calendar, and activity reports. The tool is in beta, which means you need to request access in your portal or ask for help from your Digitalegia consultant. / Knowledge base
Ad Automation for Starter
- Marketing Hub Starter customers now have simple automations in the ads tool. You will be able to send a marketing email to a contact who interacted with your ads, add them to a list in your ad account for remarketing, or create tasks based on an interaction. / Knowledge base
Marketing Email Approval
- Are you sending emails on behalf of your client, but the approval process is complicated? The feature that lets you manage it directly from HubSpot is now live and available to all Marketing Hub Enterprise customers. / Knowledge base
More Permissions for Custom Objects
- Previously, when assigning permissions to a user, you could give access to all custom objects or to none. Now, you will be able to create more specific access, giving access to custom object A without granting access permissions to custom object B. The update is also in public beta, and you can find it under your profile picture → Product Updates → Betas or ask for help from your Digitalegia consultant.
Goal-Based Workflows
- A very common piece of feedback from workflow users was the disconnect between automations and goals in HubSpot. With this new update, you will be able to create goal-based workflows to further integrate the CRM with your team's work. The feature is available to all Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub Professional or Enterprise customers. / Demo
Error Management in Automations
- The workflows tool has more new features: now, on the details screen of a specific automation, you will find a new tab with more information about the errors that occurred. Users with Enterprise subscriptions will be able to create reminders to monitor specific errors. / Knowledge base
More Ticket Pipelines
- Portals with Service Hub Enterprise now have more ticket pipelines available. Previously, the limit was 50 ticket pipelines per account; now they will have capacity for up to 100 pipelines. / HubSpot Catalog
AI in the Data Quality Center
- The data quality center, a tool exclusive to Operations Hub users, now has the power of HubSpot's artificial intelligence to suggest formatting adjustments for properties with country, state, and region names. The update appears as a suggestion in the name formats. / Knowledge base
Trust Center for Security Teams
- HubSpot's Security team developed a new resource for teams and professionals responsible for the use and security of their portals: the Trust Center. There, they will find complete information about HubSpot's security reports and platform testing, as well as all the technical documentation. / HubSpot Trust Center
Unique ID for Company Properties
- Have you ever needed a unique identifier property for a company, such as the RFC, the RUT, or the NIT? Now, with the new CRM update, you will be able to set a custom property's data as a company's unique ID. With this change, you will be able to update companies using the unique identifier, and not only by the website domain. / Knowledge base
Notification for Large Exports
- If you are looking to improve the CRM's security mechanisms, pay attention to this update: super admins can now choose to receive notifications when a user requests to export a very large number of records. In your super admin profile, go to Settings > Notifications and look for the option shown in the following screenshot. / Screenshot
CTA with a New Look

- For sequence users, there is a new setting in beta that you can explore. Now, when sending a second individual email, you will be able to set it to be sent in the same email thread or as a separate email. To edit the option, go to your sequence, find your email, and click the "email threading" option in the "actions" menu. / Screenshot
New Calculated Property Formats
