In March, HubSpot launched a series of exciting updates that will surely make life much easier and more efficient for marketing and sales professionals. From integrating artificial intelligence into social media post creation to the ability to merge tickets in the Help Desk, these new features are designed to simplify and improve the user experience.
In addition, with the ability to schedule the automatic deactivation of workflows and the option to customize feedback surveys on web pages, HubSpot continues to demonstrate its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. Without a doubt, these updates mark a step forward in the evolution of this leading marketing and sales platform. Don't miss all the new features and start getting the most out of HubSpot!
New Navigation Menu • Beta
- If you're someone who likes a change of look, HubSpot is going through a pretty big one: the navigation bar is now on the left side of the screen instead of at the top. The interface change responds to the need to accommodate the new features and tools HubSpot is launching, since a lot has changed since the last update in 2017.
AI for Social Media
- Creating a ton of social media posts can be a lot of work when your plan includes posting every day. As of this month, that's a thing of the past because HubSpot's post creation tool now integrates with the artificial intelligence assistant, making it easier to generate new content.
Workflow Diagnostics
- Creating a workflow that doesn't work the way you expect can be a headache, and finding and fixing the error can be complex and difficult. To address this need, HubSpot has launched a new workflow troubleshooting feature, which gives you complete information about enrollment records, clear indications of the enrollments made, and more details about why objects did or did not enter an automation.
Did you miss it? You can still watch it 👍
Help Desk Ticket Merging:
- Merging tickets can be a very frequent process in the daily work of people on support teams. Although this process has existed in the CRM for a long time, we still didn't have the ability to merge objects in the Help Desk tool. With this update, the process is even simpler. You can find the step-by-step instructions in the HubSpot Knowledge Base.
Working Hours Settings • Beta
- Automating the status of support agents who are receiving conversations and tickets in the inboxes and the Help Desk can save operations professionals a lot of time. This new functionality lets you individually set the working hours of each portal user to define when they should receive tickets or new conversations.
ChatSpot Now in HubSpot
- Are you a ChatSpot fan, but don't want to have to open another window to use it? With this private beta, you can try out HubSpot's AI agent inside the CRM itself, making it part of your daily routine.
New API for Marketing Emails
- Marketing Hub Enterprise customers now have a new way to integrate: the Single Send API. Using this API, you can automate sending a single marketing email without needing to use a workflow or schedule the send manually through the interface. Make a developer happy by sharing this documentation.
New Business Units Experience
- One of the most common comments from business unit users is that they literally wish they could split the portal in two (or more, when there are several BUs). With the new update, this is possible, and the process becomes similar to selecting another HubSpot portal. In our knowledge base, you can see how this change works in practice.
New User Audit Functionality • Beta
- What could be better than snooping into someone else's life? That's why, in HubSpot, keeping an eye on other people's lives is getting easier and easier. With the new portal user audit functionality, operations professionals will have a complete report on the usage and activity of HubSpot users in a given portal. Number of logins, actions taken in the CRM, deleted records, and trends, all from the Settings > Data Management > Logs and Audit menu. You're welcome!
Custom Feedback Surveys Available on Pages
- Until now, feedback surveys could be sent by email or through different channels using a link generated in HubSpot. Now, custom feedback surveys can also be displayed on web pages (created in HubSpot or external).
New Calculated Deal Properties
- This week, four new deal properties appeared in the HubSpot CRM to make life better for sales teams: date entered, date exited, total time in stage, and cumulative time in stage (accounting for deals that have left a stage and come back). In addition to being used in workflows and reports, these properties will also be taken into account in HubSpot's predictive scoring features.
CRM User Working Hours
- When it comes to scheduling meetings for another user in the CRM, it can be hard to know whether the meeting being scheduled falls within their working hours. This process becomes even more complex for teams in different time zones. To solve this problem, it's now possible to set up and take into account the working hours of different users when scheduling a meeting, a feature that came from suggestions from our Community.
Automatically Deactivate Workflows
- Workflows were created to minimize manual tasks, but many users end up having to manually create reminders to deactivate a specific workflow when the goal is met. This process is no longer necessary with the new functionality that lets you schedule the date on which a workflow should be deactivated automatically.
