Mark Your Main Tools as Favorites
- If you're a regular HubSpot user, you probably have favorite features. Now you can favorite those tools in HubSpot's new favorites menu. Juanita from HubSpot Academy shows you how to use this functionality to access your main tools in this video.
New Card for CRM Objects
- Imagine you're viewing a company record in the CRM and you want to see a contact's data. Before, you had to open the contact or use a sync property. Now, simply create an associated property list card to display all the contact data directly on the company record.
Deal Approvals
- Sales Hub Enterprise users now have access to a new beta to ensure a more consistent process: deal approvals in pipelines. This functionality lets super admins add an approval stage to the pipeline, with up to three approvers, ensuring that deals only move forward with the authorization of one or more users.
Storing Sensitive Data in HubSpot
- HubSpot has launched one of the biggest updates of the year: sensitive data storage. Customers can now save sensitive information in the CRM, such as ID numbers, passports, and patient health information, among other things. Check out the full announcement for more details.
Validation Rules on Standard Properties
- This new functionality, previously available only for HubSpot custom properties, now lets you set specific limitations, settings, and rules for the content of a property. You can try this new functionality by clicking here.
Ticket Lists
- With Service Hub, you can now create ticket-based lists, which will let you better organize your support, after-sales, and customer service processes in HubSpot. Find the instructions for creating the lists here.
First Workflows API
- HubSpot's product team has launched the first version of an API for workflows, which provides access to a complete representation of a flow, even in bulk. You can find more information here.
New Import Experience
- HubSpot updated the import process for all hubs and tiers, removing two steps from the import flow so you can upload your data faster. Check out this new demo by Juanita (from HubSpot Academy) and learn more about the new import flow.
AI in HubSpot: Behind the Scenes
