This month, we had several updates related to the use of the deals API, report analytics, artificial intelligence in workflows, and much more. HubSpot continues its constant innovation, adding more tools so we can get the most out of the platform.
We want to share the latest April updates with you so you can explore them in depth and make the most of them. But first, an important announcement: if you missed the webinar on how to transform your sales pipeline with Aircall and HubSpot, you still have the chance to watch it. Here is the link so you can discover how this powerful integration works.
And now, without further ado, here are this month's updates. Keep reading to find out everything!
New Journey Analytics Reports
- Customer journey analytics reports received several updates: filters now let you expand the analysis window from three to five years of data, and the step limit per stage is now five instead of three. You can discover this and much more in this product update.
External Pages in HubSpot Campaigns
- If your pages are built in tools outside HubSpot but you still need integrated analysis of your campaigns, this update is here to help. You can now add external pages to campaigns created in HubSpot, which will let you analyze the results of your marketing efforts in more depth.
New Deals API
- In the world of sales, collaboration between salespeople on the same team is quite common, which means reps constantly have to split the credit for a deal with other members of their team. The deal split feature, which already exists in the HubSpot CRM for this use case, is now available through a new deal split API.
Notifications for Edited Lists
- Not all lists are created equal. As companies grow, their ability to control their most fundamental lists becomes even more important. Knowing the critical moments when changes were made to these lists can help you allocate resources better and protect your data. With this new update, you can set up a notification to be sent when a list changes.

Notifications for New Duplicate Records

This includes an addition to the data monitoring feature in the data quality command center. You will be able to subscribe to receive notifications triggered by new duplicate alerts.
File Property in the CRM
- If you manage properties in your CRM, take note of this new feature: HubSpot has made adjustments and improvements to the file property experience. Now, in addition to uploading files to a property through a form, you can do it directly in the CRM.
Updates to the Leads Object
- Custom and required properties, new types of automation, and customization of the record creation form. The leads object is getting new updates, which are already rolling out to all accounts. Learn everything you can do with this new update.
Predictive Forecast
- Prioritizing deals can be a challenge for sales reps, and AI is here to help. Based on data such as deal velocity, rep activity, and buyer engagement, this new score offers a powerful, standardized way to assess the health of deals and prioritize sales efforts.
New Property Type
- How about making file management in the CRM easier? You can now create a file property to store important documents. The update came from feedback left in the HubSpot Community.
