THE BEST GOOGLE TOOLS YOU SHOULD USE [PART 2]
Yesterday we started with the first Google tools that every marketing professional should know. Let's continue with the second part, where we will get to know the Google Trends, Alerts, Analytics and YouTube tools.
Google Trends
Google Trends, like the Keyword Planner, helps you compare keyword searches. You can compare different keywords, or choose one and see how its searches develop over time or in different countries or parts of a country.
Google Alerts
With Google Alerts, you can set up alerts and notifications to track mentions of your keywords on the internet. Use it to track who is talking about the same topic or about your company or product on the internet, learn about your company's reputation and take part in important conversations.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is perhaps the best known of these Google tools. With it, you can track and measure traffic to your website: where your visitors come from, which pages they visit, where they click, how much time they spend on your website, etc.
This information will help you optimize your content and identify the topics that are most interesting to potential customers.
YouTube
YouTube has been part of Google since 2006 and already has more than one billion users, so it is a communication channel you won't want to leave untapped.
Video is currently the preferred content format across the internet, and especially on social media. Producing videos and vlogs diversifies your content and helps you generate greater engagement among your audiences. In addition, video can be optimized for search engines, so it is another way to attract more visitors to your content.
