What Is Feedback?
Feedback is basically providing information, whether positive or negative, about the performance, behavior, or actions of a person, product, or service. Feedback can be given verbally or in writing.
In the workplace, it's a key tool for achieving positive growth and implementing improvements to meet the established goals, for both employees and the business. We can use feedback to guide, motivate, encourage, or help our employees, clients, or coworkers identify their strengths and weaknesses. Remember that feedback should be given objectively, constructively, and without prejudice.
These feedback sessions can also help us identify problems and concerns that require attention.

5.- Be receptive and proactive: once you've received comments and/or questions, make sure to respond in a timely manner; this point may involve adjustments to improve the product or service in question.
6.- Thank your client for the time they took to hold the feedback session, as well as for the positive comments, and get to work on the improvements!
7.- Follow up properly after implementing the improvements and/or changes. You can hold follow-up sessions at regular intervals; this will help you build trust and a closer relationship with your client.
Use this feedback to make decisions about your product or service; this will help you optimize your clients' experience and reach your business's full potential. Remember that it's important to be consistent with these feedback sessions; only then will you achieve gradual, optimized improvement.
