TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR SALES PROCESS

Improving your sales process can make the difference between a company's failure and success.

The sales process is the one that begins when you, as a company, launch a strategy to attract customers. This process ends when you close a transaction.

We must keep in mind that internet access has brought about major changes that you need to consider in order to design your process correctly.

In today's blog post, we'll leave you with a couple of tips that have helped other companies.

First of all, we want to attract customers....

Make Sure It's the Consumer Who Contacts the Company

(rather than the company reaching out to the consumer).

To achieve this, it's important to implement online lead-capture strategies in the right place, at the right time, and with the right person. Through a study of your buyer personas (ideal customers), good segmentation of your posts, and the use of the right networks or platforms.

The key is to detect the right moment to approach potential consumers.

Anticipate Their Questions

Today's consumers do research before they buy.

The internet puts a huge amount of information just a click away, so we find consumers who have clearer ideas of what they want and who come with a specific intent.

Make sure you have a blog on your website, where you can publish topics that help your potential customers realize that your company offers what they're looking for.

Think: what would a person who needs my service/product but doesn't know my company search for on Google?

Pick Up the Pace.

Add buttons on your posts and your website that lead people to take an action.

Better known as a Call-to-action.

Example CTA buttons: Sign up, Download it, Enter here, Schedule a visit, Schedule a call, an appointment.

This way, you'll get a good percentage of the people looking for your services to move one step further in the process, and this tells you it's time to contact them.

There are several actions that let you clearly identify your potential customers and the stage of the process they're in.

Applying strategies based on the Inbound Marketing methodology will help you know when a person is ready to receive a call and become your customer.

Do you want to know how to integrate these strategies into your sales process? Schedule a free consultation, and we'll tell you how we can help you.
