Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 1, 2025.
Please read the terms and conditions that apply to the service you get from Digitalegy.
General Process Acceptance and Change Policy
All multimedia design, development or production projects will be carried out strictly on the basis of the previously defined worksheet or work instruction and project Gantt, elements which have been reviewed, accepted and consented to by the client.
Once the client approves these conditions, the production process is considered ready to begin according to the parameters and specifications detailed therein.
Definitions
To ensure efficiency and compliance with established deadlines, a limit of 3 changes maximum during the process of each deliverable has been defined.
Change
A "change" is defined as a modification or task that requires more than 10 minutes of production effort to a deliverable. Minor changes (those that can be made in less than 5 minutes, such as one-time spelling corrections or simple color adjustments) are not considered minor changes.
Acceptance of the deliverable
A"deliverable" will be considered to have been accepted by the client if, after 5 working days from its delivery date by Digitalegy, no written request for revision or explicit approval is received by the means of communication agreed upon by both parties.
Expectations of Delivery and Change Times
Change Processing Times
Each change request will have a turnaround time of 72 to 96 business days from confirmation of the request by the customer. This period may vary depending on the complexity of the required change.
Impact on Schedule
It is important to note that each round of requested changes will extend the project schedule. The final delivery time of the project cannot be guaranteed if one or more rounds of changes are required.
Deadline for Client Responses
To keep the project on track, the client is requested to provide feedback and approval on deliverables within 48 business hours. If the response extends beyond this period, the project schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
Additional Time
If the client requires more than the agreed 3 changes, each additional change will be billed as an extra service and a new delivery time will be assigned, which will be communicated in a timely manner.
